Chow145: Supervillain Self-Portrait
Here's my concept:
Due to a mistreatment of a rare bacteria infection as asthma that implicated steroid abuse, NObreathing, with her lungs completely destroyed, found a way to survive. She needs huge O2 quantities that only by processing Earth's atmosphere can be supplied, and that makes her not a nice person. She is bounded to a tornado machine, with the only superpower that steroids can can give: super aggressivity!

All past year everytime I opened the browser I saw an advertisement of this girl and her umbrella....
Done for fun in Painter and PS with a Genius tablet in couple of days in spare time for my portfolio.
